These fees are based on doing the work remotely.
Paul does not physically need to be at your location, and distance is irrelevant to energy work, which is done in the astral plane while in a meditative state.
If you prefer Paul to be physically present, and your location is within in his local area, he will negotiate a fee based on the distance and time required for travel.
